FFORA utilizes the power of functional design and real life experiences to create beautiful products that place the disability at the forefront of design.

We worked closely with FFORA and their team to iterate through dozens of designs of the core system before finalizing the appearance and functionality of this luxury consumer product.

The complex shaped components which make up the product were manufactured utilizing the process of die casting. The individual components then underwent many tightly controlled finishing and secondary processing operations including polishing, electroplating, and PVD coating to produce the final effect. We worked with FFORA to execute and oversee their initial production run in Asia which involved over 50,000 unique manufactured pieces.

The main attachment system is designed to fasten to wheelchairs of varying sizes. This system allows for docking of all FFORA accessories such as bags, wallets, mugs, and cup holders.
